1. Cracks appear outside the hydraulic hose: In a cold environment, cracks appear outside the hose. If there is a crack in the outside of the hose, be aware of whether the glue inside the hose is cracked and decide whether to replace the hose immediately. Therefore, do not move the hose indoors or remove the hydraulic system in a cold environment, if necessary. If you need to work long hours in a cold environment, replace the cold-resistant hose.
2. There are air bubbles on the outside of the hydraulic hose: The cause of the air bubbles on the outside of the hose is that the hose is of poor quality or improper use. If the bubbles appear in the middle of the hose, mainly the quality of the hose production, the qualified hose should be replaced in a timely manner, and if the bubbles appear at the joints of the hoses, it may be due to improper installation of the connectors. Wire braids, winding hose connectors and hose connections are removable and bent. The joint housing and joint core are hexagonal, and the outer wall of the joint core is conical, making it easy to remove the hose. After the connector core is connected to the nut, insert the wire to prevent loosening. 3. The hydraulic hose is not broken but there is a large amount of oil seepage: If the hose is found not damaged but there is a large amount of oil seepage, because when the hose flows through the high-pressure liquid, the internal rubber is washed away and scratched, resulting in a large area of hydraulic oil leakage out of the steel layer. This fault usually occurs at the bending of the pipe, where the hose should be checked and the bending radius of the hose is technically required during use.
4. The outer rubber layer of the hydraulic hose is severely aging and the surface is slightly fractured: this is a sign of the long period of natural aging of the hose. As the rubber layer ages, the outer layer is continuously oxidized to make the surface layer brittle. The brittle layer deepens over time, with the hose bending slightly and creating a slight crack. In this case, the hose should be replaced in a timely manner.
