Precautions when using hydraulic hoses
1. Hydraulic hoses have a very short life when operating at high temperatures. Therefore, the hose arrangement should be as far away from heat sources as possible, the installation of casings or heat shields and other devices can be used as a last resort to avoid the hose from being subjected to thermal deterioration.
2. Do not come into contact with other hoses or fitting tubes when the hoses are installed to avoid wear and tear. Protection devices such as hose clips or springs should be used where the hoses must be crossed or where work may be possible with mechanical surfaces to avoid damage to the outer layer of the hose.
